Authenticate with an API key. Create one in Dashboard → Settings → API keys. Keys start with sp_live_, never expire, and are shown once, so store yours somewhere safe. Send it as Authorization: Bearer or X-API-Key.

Reseller questions
How much volume do I need to qualify?+
We approve serious resellers regardless of starting volume - we'd rather grow with you. The wholesale rate is unlocked on approval, and tiered rates kick in once you cross the volume thresholds in the pricing table.
How does custom pricing work?+
Each approved reseller gets per-plan-type price overrides stored on their account. The override applies automatically at checkout - both in the dashboard and via API. You'll see your prices in the dashboard once they're set.
Can I white-label?+
Yes - the API is bring-your-own-frontend. Customers never see our brand unless you put it there. We're happy to coordinate on cross-marketing if it makes sense.
What's the refund policy on failed plans?+
If a plan doesn't perform, we credit your reseller balance - never a card chargeback. Most failures resolve within minutes since provisioning is automated.
Do you ban any use cases?+
We don't permit CSAM, fraud, account takeover, or anything illegal in our jurisdiction. Anything else is fair game - we don't gatekeep on grey-area use cases as long as it's legal where you operate.
Can I get a dedicated server?+
Yes for unlimited residential / unlimited datacenter at sufficient monthly commit. Reach out via Telegram before applying so we can size it right.
